Changes from version 0.13 to 0.14:

Fixed MySQL errors with mb_missing.php & req_missing.php.
Fixed PHP 4.4.7 changes for comments.
Added changes to Rank Requirements in table & included SQL to make current Db changes.
Update Merit Badge listing to point to new requirements location.
Fixed Meritbadge listing in Scout Info page.


To upgrade from 0.13 to 0.14, please replace only the following files:
mb_missing.php
req_missing.php
patrol.php
bs_info.php
list_merit_badges.php
functions.php


To update the db with the newest requirements, execute the changes_0.14.sql in MySQL.
